  • ЧАСТНОЕ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЕ "SYSTEMD" is the service provider and website owner.
  • A contract is formed through explicit acceptance in an electronic document, message, order, or signed agreement—not by merely viewing this page.
  • Service scope, fees, term, and support commitments are defined in the accepted customer document.
  • The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan govern the service relationship, subject to mandatory law.
01

Service provider and legal framework

Mijozly CRM is provided and this website is owned by ЧАСТНОЕ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЕ "SYSTEMD", Tax ID 307 865 310, registered at ГОРОД ТАШКЕНТ, ЧИЛАНЗАРСКИЙ РАЙОН, BOG'OBOD KO'CHASI 41-UY. These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law No. ZRU-792 of September 29, 2022 “On Electronic Commerce” and mandatory provisions of civil and personal-data law.

02

Contract formation and acceptance

Merely viewing this website or these public Terms does not by itself conclude a paid service contract. Under Articles 14 and 15 of the Electronic Commerce Law, a contract may be formed through electronic documents or messages that identify the sender and clearly express agreement, including an accepted order, subscription flow, or signed customer agreement.

The person accepting for an organization confirms authority to do so. An electronic document or message meeting statutory requirements has the same legal significance as the analogous paper document and may evidence the contract. These public Terms provide baseline conditions; the specific offer, order, or agreement supplies the essential commercial terms.

03

Service scope

Mijozly is business software for customer operations, sales workflows, communications, telephony, integrations, analytics, and operational governance. Enabled modules, limits, fees, subscription period, service levels, and implementation work are defined in the customer's specifically accepted order, offer, subscription, or agreement.

04

Accounts and authorized users

Customers must provide accurate organization information, appoint authorized administrators, protect credentials, apply appropriate permissions, and remove access that is no longer required. Suspected compromise or unauthorized use must be reported promptly. Responsibility for a disputed action is determined from the contract, audit evidence, security facts, and applicable law—not from account access alone.

05

Lawful and acceptable use

Customers and users must not:

  • use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity;
  • bypass permissions, subscription controls, rate limits, or security safeguards;
  • introduce malicious code, disrupt availability, or test systems without written authorization;
  • submit or process data without the required rights, notices, consent, or other lawful basis;
  • resell or disclose access outside the agreed organization unless expressly permitted.
06

Third-party integrations

A customer may authorize Mijozly to exchange data with Meta, Telegram, telephony, email, or another provider for a configured workflow. The customer remains responsible for its provider account, permissions, and lawful instructions. Availability may be affected by an external provider's API, review, permission, or outage. Applicable service commitments are stated in the accepted customer agreement.

07

Customer data and personal data

Customers retain their rights in customer data and authorize only the hosting, processing, transmission, and display necessary to provide and secure the agreed service. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and the Law No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data”. Each party must protect confidential information and comply with mandatory disclosure, security, and data-subject rights.

08

Intellectual property

The Mijozly platform, software, interfaces, documentation, and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders. The customer receives only the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable access stated in the accepted agreement. Customer data remains subject to the customer's and third parties' existing rights.

09

Fees and commercial terms

Price, taxes, invoicing, payment date, renewal, capacity, and subscription term must be stated in the specifically accepted commercial document. If that document conflicts with these public Terms on a commercial or service-specific matter, the specifically accepted document controls, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

10

Electronic records and notices

Contract documents, orders, acceptances, invoices, and notices may be exchanged electronically where the sender and content can be identified. Under Article 17 of the Electronic Commerce Law, electronic documents and messages are kept for at least the period required for analogous paper documents. A contract may specify approved addresses, accounts, signatures, or systems for formal notice.

11

Service changes, suspension, and termination

Mijozly may update the service for security, reliability, compatibility, or functionality. Access may be restricted for a verified security threat, unlawful use, overdue payment, legal requirement, or material breach, subject to the accepted agreement and mandatory law. Where legally and operationally possible, the customer receives notice and an opportunity to cure. Data return, retention, and destruction follow the agreement and Personal Data Law.

12

Warranties and liability

Service levels, warranties, remedies, and liability allocation are defined in the accepted customer agreement and mandatory law. External networks, APIs, devices, and customer-controlled systems are outside Mijozly's direct control. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13

Governing law and disputes

The parties should first send a written claim and attempt good-faith resolution. Unless a specifically accepted agreement contains another lawful dispute clause, unresolved disputes are decided by the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan under Uzbekistan law. Mandatory jurisdiction and procedural rules prevail over any inconsistent term.

14

Document hierarchy and contacts

The accepted agreement, order or offer, applicable data-processing terms, and these public Terms should be read together. Mandatory Uzbekistan law ranks above contractual terms. Formal notices may be sent to info@mijozly.uz, unless the accepted agreement identifies another notice channel. Phone and Telegram support can route a matter but do not replace a required written notice.
