  • Written electronic requests are accepted at info@mijozly.uz.
  • Data is destroyed when a statutory ground in Article 17 of the Personal Data Law applies.
  • A substantiated correction request is completed no later than three days.
  • Deletion from Mijozly does not automatically delete an independent copy held by a connected provider.
01

Legal basis and available actions

This procedure implements the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 of July 2, 2019 “On Personal Data”. Depending on the facts, the available action may be correction, supplementation, temporary restriction, anonymization, destruction, or disconnection of an integration. Destruction means that the data cannot be restored.

02

When data must be destroyed or restricted

Under Article 17, destruction is required when:

  • the processing purpose has been achieved;
  • the subject withdraws consent where consent is the applicable lawful basis;
  • the consent period expires; or
  • an effective court decision requires destruction.

Processing may instead be temporarily suspended or restricted where data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the declared purpose. A separate lawful duty may require limited continued storage.

03

How to submit a request

Send a written electronic request to info@mijozly.uz from an address associated with the relevant account or organization. Article 31 requires an electronic submission channel for suspension or destruction requests. Phone and Telegram may be used for routing assistance, but do not replace the written request and verification.

04

Information to include

  • the requester's name, organization, and reply address;
  • the relevant Mijozly workspace, user profile, or customer organization;
  • a specific description of the data or connected account concerned;
  • the requested action and the reason it is legally applicable;
  • for integrated channels, the relevant Page, account, conversation, or record reference.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, or unrelated identity documents.

05

Identity and authority verification

Before disclosing, restricting, or destroying data, Mijozly may verify the requester's identity, account ownership, workspace role, or authority to act for an organization or another person. Only information necessary to prevent unauthorized access or deletion will be requested.

06

How the request is handled

  1. The request is logged and its scope and legal ground are reviewed.
  2. Identity, authority, affected systems, and any applicable retention duty are verified.
  3. The responsible customer is involved where it controls the workspace data.
  4. Eligible data is corrected, restricted, anonymized, destroyed, or disconnected.
  5. The requester is notified in writing of the change, restriction, destruction, or lawful refusal.
07

Statutory timing and notices

Under Article 11, a substantiated request to correct or supplement personal data must be completed no later than three days, and inaccurate data must be corrected immediately when confirmed. Under Article 22, a refusal to provide requested processing information must be reasoned in writing and sent within ten days. These periods apply to the specified statutory actions; another type of request is handled within the period required by its legal basis and facts.

Article 31 requires written notice of changes, destruction, restriction, and relevant third-party transfers. The subject may challenge a refusal before the authorized state body or a competent court.

08

Lawful retention

Data is not destroyed where a separate mandatory legal ground requires its limited retention, for example an accounting obligation, effective legal hold, security investigation, or dispute. Such data is restricted to that purpose, protected from ordinary operational use, and destroyed when the ground ends.

09

Connected third-party systems

Disconnecting an integration or destroying Mijozly's copy does not itself destroy an independent copy held by Meta, Telegram, a telephony or email provider, or another customer-controlled system. A separate request may be required to the relevant provider or account owner.
